What Is a Trademark?

A trademark exclusively identifies a product as belonging to a specific company and recognizes the company's ownership of the brand. Trademarks are generally considered a form of intellectual property and may or may not be registered.

ü  Signed Copy of Power of Attorney at Rs 20 Stamp Paper

ü  Rs. 4500 Government fee  

Other than Individual / Proprietorship Firm:

ü  KYC Documents of Director/ Authorise Signatory(PAN, Aadhar, Mobile, Email id)

ü  Authorisation Letter/ Copy of Board Resolution

ü  PAN, COI and MOA of the Company

ü  LLP Agreement/ Partnership Deed in case of Partnership Firm and LLP

ü  Signed Copy of Power of Attorney at Rs 20 Stamp Paper

ü  Name and/or Logo of Proposed Trademark

ü  Rs 9000 Government fee (4500 Government fee if Companies / Firms enrolled under MSME or Start-ups Scheme)
